VI COMMANDO

Gnr. John Gilmour, formerly of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders, served with No.1 (later No.101) Troop of No.6 Commando from 1940 in Scarborough until, at least, March 1942 when No.101 Troop moved to No.2 Special Boat Section.
